I ordered Rimsha's bundle lipsticks from you and the colors are absolutely beautiful But I’m very disappointed because the lipsticks I received are damaged. All of them are stuck inside the cap and won’t come out properly.

Please guide me on how we can resolve this. I was really looking forward to using them.
